Boy 9 Accused As Automobile Thief

Louisville, Ky-The youngest automobile thief in the annals of local police history was captured yesterday when
William Nuckols, 9 years old , was caught touring the city in an automobile which the police say he had "borrowed" Sunday night. William, whose home is in Richmond Va is visiting an uncle here. When asked where he learned to operate a motor car, William said he just watched others start  and stop, then he thought he would try it himself. He took the car Sunday night and drove it around all evening until tired, then left the car near his uncle's home. Yesterday he again decided on touring and it was then that a policeman found him. He is being held in the detention home , although it is not thought that he will be prosecuted.
