AFFIDAVIT OF INHERITANCE«u»
«/u»The affiant, John B. Knuckles, states that he is a son of TJ Knuckles deceased; that T. J. Knuckles died testate, in Bell County, Kentucky, on August, 1904, leaving surviving him at the time the following named heirs, to wit:
Lucy Knuckles, his widow
John D. Knuckles, a son,
George M. Knuckles, a son
Edgar Knuckles, a son
This affiant further states that Lucy Knuckles is now deceased.
This affiant also further states that Edgar Knuckles died testate, in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, on September 12, 1942, leaving surviving him only one child, Thelma Knuckles, who is now more than 21 years of age.
This affiant states that he, George M. knuckles and Thelma Knuckles Guimenny each own a one third undivided interest in and to all the real property of T.J. Knuckles and that they and they only are all the heirs of T. J. Knuckles entitled to inherit and dispose of any and all real property of the late T. J. Knuckles. This property pertains to land in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.

THIS deed of Conveyance, made and entered into this 14 day of August,1965, by and between John B. Knuckles and his wife, Billie Knuckles, George M. Knuckles and wife, Mary Knuckles, and Thelma Knuckles Guimenny and has been, Gerry S. Guimenny, parties of the first part and the grantors herein, and D. A. Robbins and Vivian Robbins, husband and wife, jointly, with the remainder in fee simple to the survivor thereof, of Brodhead, Rockcastle County, Kentucky, parties of the second part and the grantees herein.
Witnesseth: that for and in consideration of and for inconsideration of the sum of $12,000, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby a good knowledge, the grantors do now and by these presents sell, Grant, alien and for ever convey unto the grantees, DA Robbins and Vivian Robbins, jointly, with the remainder in fee simple to the survivor thereof, the following describes real property located in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, on the waters of Dix river, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone, corner to Wilson Green (formerly John R. Howard) on the east side of Copper Creek Road; thence with Green's line easterly to a set stone, corner of said Green; thence northerly with Wilson Green to a stone, thence easterly with Wilson Green to a set down, corner to Lorraine Wilson; thence southerly with Wilson's lying to a set stone in the woods, corner to Wilson and Burgess Robbins; thence continuing same course with Robbins to a stone; thence westerly with Robbins to and crossing the Copper Creek Road; thence continuing westerly and with the line of Mrs. Hawkins to Dix River; thence down the River and with meanders of same to a stone on the bank Of the River, corner to D. A. Robbins; thence leaving The River northeasterly with land of DA Robbins to a stone corner; thence North westerly still with land of DA Robbins to a stone in the line of Robbins, corner to. Wilson Green; thence easterly with Green To the County Road and crossing the County Road to the beginning corner, containing 132 acres more or less.
And being the same property which T. J. Knuckles, now deceased, obtained by deed dated March 7, 1905 executed by ES Lutes and wife, Ollie Lutes , recorded in the office of the clerk of the Rockcastle County court in deed book 20, page 230, and which the heirs of TJ Knuckles obtained by deed dated February 20, 1922 executed by E. L. King, et al, recorded In the Deed Book 40, page 478, The Affidavit Of Inheritance evidencing the heirs of the said TJ Knuckles, deceased, being recorded in the same clerks office In Deed Book 85, page 4.
To. have and to hold the same, to gather with all the appurtenances belonging unto the grantees, DA Robbins and Vivian Robbins, jointly, with the remainder in fee simple to the survivor thereof, their heirs and assigns forever, with a Covenant Of General Warranty .
