Letter from Lillian Creech 5/10/2006 This name in the 1850 census is absolutley Anson, although hard to read. It is a name I am familiar with becasue I had a classmate by that name. He was brother to Rossi who married Uncle Charlies descendant.

STAUNTON Page Ann (Southard) Thompson, 69, of 902 Crestwood DrIve died Saturday (Feb. 19, 2005) at Augusta Medical Center. She was born June 22, 1935 in Churchville, a daughter of Hampton E. Southard and Mildred W. (Hoover) Southard. She retired from Augusta County schools as an instructional aide in 1998.Page was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Claudine Price. On October 6, 1956 she married Robert W. Thompson, who survives her. She also is survived by three daughters, Susan Pabody of Ithaca, N.Y., Joan Nickerson of El Paso, Texas, and Robin Prohaska of Buffalo, N.Y.; a son, Robert E. Thompson of Dunkirk, N.Y.; and two sisters, Nancy Botkin of Churchville and Rebecca Nuckoles of Richmond.Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Saint Peters Lutheran Church with burial in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday in Bear Funeral Home.
