Austin, TX Aug 1- Ottie Nuckols, assistant engineer of the Austin Ice a nd Bottling Works, lost three fingers off his right hand by holding a live electric wire. It had fallen across his boiler, when he climed to remove it, and was not only shocked, but thrown against the boiler and sustained dangerious injuries on the head. His condition is critical
